Approximately 85% of buyers arrive via the REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service. Getting your property listed on the REALTOR® MLS is the key to sales success. A real estate agent will search the MLS for homes matching the buyers' criterion. Statistics show that homes listed on the MLS sell faster and for more money. Here’s how I’m able to do it: Real Estate Brokers and Sales People usually charge several thousand dollars because this is a high risk business with high overhead costs. They invest valuable time and money working with people who do not end up buying or selling real estate. You don’t have to pay for their mistakes. When you list with me, you get the total reward without paying me anything other than the initial $287. I have gotten rid of most of the overhead cost. There is something that you should know in advance. For this very low price, I offer very minimal customer service. Once the house is listed on the MLS and approved by you, I ask you to submit a request in writing to make any changes. I won’t be calling you for any reason other than returning your occasional calls. I’ll return calls as soon as I can and, in most cases, within 48 hours. I don’t pay for print advertising or signs. I predict that some people will be unhappy with minimal service and will return to “full service brokerage” once our agreement expires or they may want to exit our agreement early. Most, however, will appreciate the opportunity to save a ton of money. I’m also offering additional real estate services all at set fees. If you add up my costs for all of these basic real estate services, you will notice that you can receive “full service brokerage”, from me, at a drastically discounted rate.
